This is a most refreshing and amazing way to eat your fruit during the summer. Kids will love the taste and color as well. You will just need to have Popsicle molds on hand. If you do not, use an ice cube tray and place toothpicks in the trays when setting mixture.

3Cupwatermelonpureed into a pulp (about 1/2 a melon)
Cut the watermelon into chunks and then puree it in a blender until smooth. Do not use the skin, just the fleshy inside. Set aside.
Set out about 1 dozen popsicle molds, or 2 ice cube trays. Combine berries and kiwi together and place a little in each tray.
Then pour in the watermelon puree until each mold is full to the top. Place a popsicle stick into each one or toothpick into ice trays. Place into your freezer and freeze for about 6 to 8 hours.
Thaw a few minutes before pulling out of trays and enjoy.
